OUR COMPANY:
We are a small local company that renovates and operates our own buildings. We focus on historic renovations, and we aim to take great care of our buildings and ensure that each of our residents is as comfortable as possible. We currently operate 3 buildings at the corner of N Jefferson St and W Frederick St. We offer long term rental apartments as well as furnished medium and short term rentals.
THE APARTMENT:
This is a large 1-bedroom / 1-bath apartment. It is on the 1st floor of the 5-unit building. The building is non-smoking and pet-freindly. New coin-op washer/dryer are available in the lobby. There is free parking on site.
LEASE START DATE:
The apartment is ready to lease immediately. The owners can be reasonably flexible with the lease start date, but a date by LATE JULY / EARLY AUGUST would be much preferred.
RENTAL TERMS:
-- Rent: $1,050/m for a 12 month lease.
-- Apartment will be rented UNFURNISHED.
-- Building pays water/sewer/trash.
-- Resident pays electric.
-- Wireless high-speed fiber optic internet is available for $45/m.
-- Pet Fee: $30/m per pet.
-- Pet Deposit: $200 due at signing.
-- Security Deposit: 1 month's rent due at signing.
-- Parking: 1 space free-of-charge, in rear of building.

Anyone residing in the unit does need to fill out an application as well as be willing to sign a lease. The application includes a Credit Report, Criminal Background Report, and Eviction Proceeding Report, and the non-refundable cost to pay the data providers for this information is $50.
The owners may also ask for DOB and/or SSN after receiving a submitted application. We will let you know whether that information is needed.
